I was looking in my bathroom the other day and wanted to replace our Toothbrush holder with something else, then it hit me! Of course I was going to try to crochet it.
After doing some research online for what types of holders there were on the market I settled on a cuter style and instantly thought of making a set of Monster Hunter inspired holders. Both the tan and black Felyne cats from the games are adorable and I just couldn't resist trying it. I've only been able to make the tan cat so far, and I plan to starch them using the Glue & water method for stability and better stiffness for the piece. As you can see from the photo I put one of my crochet hooks in to test it and it looks great. What unique ideas have you had for your projects or always wanted to see done? I'd love to hear them! While at BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) today I had a great idea for a new set to start designing. The Fruits of the Spirit are something we strive to produce in our lives as an outward symbol of Christ's work in us. While doing some research online for my idea I ran across this color set of free printables for kids found at Christian Preschool Printables. I really think it would make a cute set for a Basket for kids, decoration, or even bookmark series. But I'd love to hear from my readers for inspiration! I need help choosing which fruits would be in this set. If I choose your answer for part of the set you'll receive a handmade bookmark of your fruit and its attribute for free!
